A few weeks ago my husband asked it this was a weed. Of course the hollyhocks was not blooming. There are three different colors. It is very pretty against the garage.
Yesterday I took an applique class. We made this fall table runner. I still need to finish the applique. It was fun and hopefully my applique skills will improve.
I am working on these blocks for a baby quilt. I plan to hand quilt hearts in the solid white squares. I used mini charm blocks for the 4-patches. I still have lots of rows to sew together.
I also have been working on my H2H quilt. I will post the finished quilt on Sunday.
Let's go Sarah's and check out what everyone else has been working on.

The hollyhocks are beautiful. I'm glad your husband didn't cut them down as weeds!
