Rainbow Color is Orange

I always enjoy seeing what everyone is creating at Rainbow Scrap Challenge.  August color is orange.  I decided to see what I could create with my orange scraps.  I made this quilt top using a Villa Rosa Design called Scallywag.

I liked how quick and simple it was to make.

  So I went looking for orange scraps.

This really is a great scrap quilt pattern.

I found some bonus half square triangles in my sewing room.  These two little quilts are bring smiles to children at  Cincinnati Children’s hospital.
