We went to the French Quarter a couple times. While we were there New Orleans famous Cajun chef Paul Prudomme had died. We watch the funeral parade. Yes it was a parade. There was a band following the hearse and people attending the funeral. What an interesting way to celebrate some one's life. We went into the church after the funeral. It a beautiful church.

We left beautiful 80 degree weather to come home to temperatures in the 40's. You got to love Ohio weather that one day it is warm and the next day cold.
I did managed to do some sewing in October.
Three baby quilts finished and delivered.
I did find time to make some brown houses for October rainbow challenge. I also work on a UFO that has lots of brown fabrics. I hope to have it finished before the end of the year.
