Friday Update

Here is my modern mini round robin block. It is on it way for it first border. I will look forward to seeing what my group adds to my block.

This is the last baby quilt and it is finished. I will be taking this with me in a couple of weeks when I go to New Orleans. My son's friends are expecting their second baby. I will take a better picture and post.

I have been work on a label that will be my special label for my quilts. I would love to have your opinions and suggestions.

Checked off My List

I saw this cute pattern on Moda Bakeshop. The bookkeeper. I have a friend going through chemo and I made this for her. I just love these Kansas Trouble fabrics. I used a honey bun and have enough strips left to make many more keepers. Of course I had to include a book for her and I hope she likes Nicholas Sparks.

Baby Lattice Quilt

I found this fun fabric for the back. I think it is perfect for this quilt.

Finished and delivered.

Our Mini Modern Round Robin Mystery has begun. I am off to the mail my block to the first person on my list. I am sure this swap will be fun. You can check it out over at Michele's. She has already decided she will do another swap.

Don't forget there is still time to join Hands2Help.

Hope you have a "sewing" week-end.

This Week's Happenings

I won this Back To Charm School over at Lori's Humble Quilts. The book has so many great mini quilts to make. Thanks Lori for the giveaway.

When I was looking for some fabric in my stash these blocks kept saying sew me, sew me. Sew that is what I did. This quilt only took a couple of hours to make. It will be nice to have an extra baby quilt for those last minute gifts.

I finished sewing the rows on this Baby Lattice Quilt Pattern. You can find the pattern at Moda Bake Shop.

I have joined Michele's Modern Quilt Mystery. There is still time for you to join in the fun. I hope you will join us in this round robin mystery.

Here are my fabrics for the mystery.

I am linking up over at Sarah's Confession of Fabric Addict.

Have a great week-end.
